I’m Heather - so glad you’re here.
I’m a small-town Kansas native who after college made my way from Northeast Kansas to Northwest Kansas nearly a decade ago! I’m a farmer/rancher’s wife, Mom of two littles & a proud fourth generation farmer’s daughter. We like to keep our schedules full, but I am always the one with my camera out no matter what - even at team ropings or a cattle branding!
Photography has always been a passion of mine & an important part of my family! It all started at a young age carrying a disposable camera in my hands & looking through our family albums that my mom so graciously captured for generations to come. In fact, my grandparents had cabinets full of albums telling the story of our family for generations.
In 2023 I turned my passion into Springbrook Photography & made my desire to capture families & the western way of life a reality!

No matter the milestone, I truly believe the most powerful photos are born from the real & raw moments. It’s about capturing families in their natural element, the chance to meet them in their happy place, where they can simply be themselves.
This is where the magic happens.
There’s something indescribably beautiful about witnessing families through my lens as they walk through life hand-in-hand, sharing in their lives together for who they are.
That’s the essence of my vision: to freeze time on those genuine moments that speak louder than any posed shot ever could.
